Professional Accomplishments

Designed or founded: the Public Administration MPA degree program at the New Bulgarian University, Sofia; the MPA Program at the Universidad Privada de Bolivia, the Development Studies School at the University of East Anglia, UK; the MPA program at the University of Sevilla, Spain, and helped redesign part of the Environmental Program at KIMEP, Almaty, Kazakhstan, the Environmental Studies Program at the University of Khartoum, and the Development Studies Program at the University of Lesotho. Worked to develop the first undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Public Administration at Western University, Baku, Azerbaijan—completed 2003

Served at Project Planning Advisor to the Government of Fiji (1981-4); Member of the Fiji Cabinet Budget Committee; Advisor to the Prince of Mecca, and redesigner of the Hajj Sacrifice in 1971-4; advisor to Sultanate of Brunei

Worked in 93 countries and for two years with UNESCO, Paris.
